‘Bealtaine’ is the national festival celebrating creativity in older age, and is one of Ireland’s biggest arts festivals. axis in partnership with Dublin City Council Arts Office are delighted to be presenting a number of projects and events throughout the month of May for over 55’s and friends.

From song-writing to cinema, visual art to theatre, ‘Bealtaine’ at axis will celebrate and showcase the talents and skills of both established and first-time older artists. It is a chance to ‘give it a go’, to enjoy, see and to make new and challenging work. ‘Bealtaine’ creates the space to explore creativity and to discover talents until now unseen.
