‘Gigs & Starts’ is a new event joining the regular axis line up. Each season a headline act will be supported by some up and coming singer/songwriters, who have been performing regularly at ‘The Peanut Club’. Don’t miss the first night as kicking off this new event will be Q, Niall O’Shea and Mick Duffy. These three artists will come togetherfor a special performance as they perform together on each others original music.

The Pictures Film Club - Meet me in St. Louis

Based in St. Louis 1903. Stars Judy Garland. The story is based around the well-off Smith family who have four beautiful daughters, including Esther and little Tootie. 17-year old Esther has fallen in love with the boy next door who has just moved in, John. He however, barely notices her at first. The family is shocked when Mr. Smith reveals that he has been transferred to a nice position in New York, which means that the family has to leave St. Louis and the St. Louis Fair.

As usual the members are all worried about other matters, all Joyce wants to do is sing, Bernard only wants to build, Margaret will do as she likes, but Gordon the chairman wants bums on seats – and he isn’t afraid to lower his standards!
